Our story

In 2023, my husband and I moved from Kansas City to Columbia, Missouri so he could join his family’s business. While we were excited for this new chapter, I found myself missing some of the simple joys that Kansas City markets offered - beautiful, unique flowers and locally grown bouquets at affordable prices. That small absence sparked something unexpected: I started growing my own flowers in our backyard, experimenting with varieties I loved, and arranging them into bouquets that brought me joy. I started seeking out and growing unique colors, textures, and dimension, and creating bouquets that were above and beyond what you find at your chain grocery stores.

Along the way, I realized I wanted to help others do this same thing and in 2025, The Bouquet Garden was born. We want to help everyone enjoy local flowers at fair prices, and experience the simple pleasure of bouquets they love.
